The PC817X family contains an IRED optically coupled to a phototransistor. It is available in a 4-pin DIP package with comprehensive lead spacing options and SMT gull-wing lead style options. The input and output isolation voltage (RMS) is 5.0kV. The collector-emitter voltage is 80V(*), and the CTR is 50% to 600% at an input current of 5mA.
